The OTC PG55 Press Guard is a unique, patent-pending angular design to protect the user in the event that the pressing operation produces flying debris. This allows for maximum space for workpieces and components with the guard latched closed, vs traditional flat designs. 

The universal hinge mounts to multiple frame sizes and does not require any drilling or other modifications to the press frame for mounting, preserving press strength and integrity. Designed to fit OTC 55-ton presses. 

Meets or exceeds ASME PASE safety standards for shop press guards. 

PG55 Press Guard fits:

  • OTC 1850 / 1851 55-ton press
  • OTC 1845 / 1846A / 1847 / 1872 55-ton press

Additional press guards available for 25-ton and 100-ton OTC shop presses.
