Remove and install Hendrickson PACCAR Monoleaf, Navistar Monoleaf, Volvo Monoleaf suspension Pivot Bushings.

Eliminates the need for 4246 or 4247 tool owners to buy another tool to service select Hendrickson front suspensions.
