The OTC 8311 Axle Seal Installer is designed to fit the differential seals and fit them without damage to the seal, housing, or output shafts.  Fits seals over a 1.0" shaft with a seal ID of 1.37" and an outside diameter of up to 2.70".  Similar to J-44809.

Applications: For use on many 1998-Later GM vehicles.
