NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS SWEEPSTAKES. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
DATES OF PROMOTION: The 2016 OTC Tools Summer Photo Contest (the “Promotion”) begins at 12:00am EST June 6, 2016 and ends on September 30, 2016 11:59pm EST (“Promotion Period”).
ELIGIBILITY: The Promotion is open only to entrants who, as of the entry date are (a) legal residents of one of the fifty (50) United States (excluding every national, state, local or other jurisdiction in which it is prohibited or restricted by any law, statute, regulation or other appropriate authority, and in particular New York, Rhode Island, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, U.S. territories, and U.S. military installations in a foreign country) and (b) at least eighteen (18) years old. Employees and their immediate family members (parents, children, siblings or spouse, regardless of where they live) or person living in the same household (whether related or not) of Bosch Automotive Service Solutions Inc. (“Sponsor”) and its affiliates, distributors, sales representatives, retailers, advertising and promotion agencies are not eligible to participate. This Promotion is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
HOW TO ENTER: There are three (3) ways to enter. Regardless of the method chosen to enter the Promotion, there is a limit of one entry per person for the entire Promotion.
1. Share a photo to your personal Twitter or Instagram feed using the hashtag #WinOTCTools during the applicable Submission Period (see Promotion Schedule below). Then, click the link in the response message from @OTCAutoTools, which will take you to the contest entry webform. Next, enter your information into each of the required form fields.
2. Visit OTC Tools on Facebook at <www.Facebook.com/OTCTools> and click on the Promotions Tab to enter or visit the OTC Tools website at <www.OTCTools.com/WinOTCTools> during the applicable Submission Period (see Promotion Schedule below). Submit your photo entry by pulling from your Facebook albums or your computer/smart device image files. Next, enter your personal information into each of the required form fields.
3. Print out your photo submission for entry. Next, on a plain 3” x 5” card, legibly handprint your first name, last name, address, city, state, zip code, daytime telephone number (including area code), date of birth and email address (if available). Then, mail your photo entry and 3” x 5” card in a postage-affixed sealed business size (#10) envelope to: 2016 OTC Tools Summer Photo Contest, c/o Bosch Automotive Service Solutions, 28635 Mound Road, Warren, MI 48092. Mail entries must be postmarked during the Submission Period.
Submission considerations:
- Check the week’s theme specified in the Promotion Schedule, at OTCTools.com/WinOTCTools, or the Facebook Promotions Tab and submit a photo matching the theme.
- If possible, show yourself working on a vehicle.
- If possible, include OTC Tools.
- Photos must be the original creation of the entrant.
- Entrant must hold all rights to the submission, including copyright.
- The submission must be suitable for public viewing and not contain any material that violates or infringes another’s rights.
- Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any submission it believes violates or potentially violates the forgoing requirements or otherwise fails to comply with these Official Rules.
No mechanically or programmatically reproduced entries are permitted. Sponsor will not verify receipt of entries for entrants. All entries, including photo submissions, submitted become the sole property of Sponsor and will not be returned.

DRAWING: Throughout the Promotion Period, there will be one (1) drawing per week for a total of eighteen (18) drawings. One winner will be selected randomly from among all eligible entries received each Submission Period in accordance with the Promotion Schedule. Winners will be drawn by a Sponsor employee. Odds of winning are dependent upon the total number of eligible entries received. The potential winners will be notified by phone, email, or mail following the drawing.
PRIZE: Prizes will vary throughout the Promotion. Each week’s prize will match the week’s automotive repair theme. Each prize will be an OTC Tools-branded product. See Promotion Schedule above for prize list.
No substitution, assignment or transfer of a prize is permitted, except by Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize with another prize of greater or equal value, including cash, if a prize is not available for any reason as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Winner is solely and fully responsible for any and all costs, fees, taxes, assessments and expenses associated with prize award, receipt and use except for transportation costs to ship the prize to the winner within the continental United States.
PRIZE CONDITIONS: Potential winners must provide their shipping information within seven (7) days of initial contact from Sponsor. If a potential winner fails to respond within seven (7) days, such potential winner forfeits the right to the prize (without compensation of any kind) and another winner will be selected from among all remaining eligible entries received. Potential winners consent to Sponsor’s use of his/her name, likeness, biographical information, voice and other indicia of persona in advertising/trade/promotional/publicity materials worldwide without notice or additional compensation. Prizes will be shipped to the winner within six (6) weeks of Sponsor’s receipt of the winner’s information.

Information received from entrants may also be used by Sponsor to e-mail entrants information regarding product offers, other promotions and special events, but only in the event that entrants expressly, knowingly, and affirmatively agree to be so contacted.
WARRANTY: By entering the Promotion, the entrant represents and warrants that: (a) his or her entry does not and will not violate the rights of any third party or any federal, state, or local laws or ordinances; (b) he or she has secured the requisite consent from any third party referenced or appearing in the submission; and (c) to the extent anyone under 18 appears in the submission, that the minor’s parents consented to the minor’s appearance in the submission and its public display.
GENERAL: By participating, each entrant agrees: (a) to be bound by and accepts these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor (including, without limitation, decisions regarding eligibility of entries, the selection of entrants and winners, and the awarding of prizes), which are final and binding in all respects; and (b) to forever and irrevocably release and hold harmless Sponsor, its subsidiaries, divisions and affiliates, and their respective agents, affiliates, employees, officers, directors, and shareholders from and against all claims, damages or liabilities arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from entrant’s participation and/or entry in this Promotion and/or entrant’s award, receipt or use of any prize awarded in this Promotion. Sponsor makes no warranty, representation or guarantee on the prizes. If, for any reason, this Promotion is not able to be conducted as planned, including, but not limited to, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud or any other causes beyond the control of Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or integrity or proper conduct of the Promotion and randomly draw the winner from those eligible entries received up to the cancellation/suspension date.
Each entrant acknowledges and agrees that the entry submitted in connection with the Promotion is submitted on a non-confidential basis and may be used by Sponsor, its agents and affiliates, for any and all advertising and promotional purposes, in perpetuity, worldwide, in any media now known or developed.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: Sponsor is not responsible for (a) incorrect or inaccurate transcription of entry information or late, lost, stolen, unintelligible, damaged, mutilated, altered, incomplete or misdirected entries or entries received through impermissible or illegitimate channels, all of which will be disqualified, (b) printing, typographical, electronic or human errors which may occur in the offer or administration of this Promotion, or the processing of entries, or (c) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in this Promotion.
