Mid-Range VCI and Power Supply Combo Kit

The 3829-700A offers both a wireless VCI and power supply. The VCI does both emission and non emission reprogramming. The power supply has adjustable voltage (13.0 – 14.8V)
settings with automated output amperage up to 70A. This allows the OTC unit to adapt to more OEM applications. The OTC Power Supply also doubles as a fully automatic battery charger for recharging standard, AGM, deep cycle and gel type batteries.
