The LSA10 Universal Subframe Adapter is a universal subframe adapter with maximum adjustability, providing greater stability when removing and replacing subframes and similar size components. Scissor-style arms adjust from a 57-3/4" x 6" rectangle to a 56-1/4" x 56-1/4" square, in 1-3/4" increments via center pull plate. The micro-adjustment feature will fit most subframes, with 8 total adapters included.
The quick-change adapters include two eye-bolt style, two castle-style, and four U-shaped saddles for secure fitment on most subframes and other oddly shaped components. Four corner adapter screws use a dual I-bar screw jack-style adjustment system, to raise and lower up to 12 inches. The adapters can be snug up to a subframe, and locked in to prevent movement and ensure contact throughout the removal and installation process.
The LSA10 fits on most high and low-lift transmission jacks, powertrain lifts, and lift tables for maximum versatility. When used with a transmission jack or powertrain lift, the subframe can be raised, lowered, and tilted to aid in removal and reinstallation, eliminating the need for pry bars or other methods that may cause component damage.
